Tryouts for 2011 Teams are Finished

What to Bring to Tryouts:

• Copy of Players Birth Certificate
• Completed & notarized USAV Medical Release Form
• Completed Assumption of Risk Form
• Completed Player Information Form
• $50 Tryout Fee
• Proof of USA Volleyball Registration
  (You must register with USAV before you will be allowed to tryout -- this is a USA Volleyball requirement...go to North Texas Region Volleyball to register)

2011-2012 Age Definitions:

18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993

17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994

16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995

15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996

14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997

13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1998

12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1999
